yes it is!
if anyone is interested i have over 100 sources of one way high PR backlinks... i am releasing an ebook and am willing to share it for free with this forum and a couple others i regular (yes i am new here)
if anyone is interested post your interest here and i'd be happy to share my resources with you all if you are truly interested
have been using them for a recent project and i got page 1 of google for easy to moderate terms within a couple of days... so now will be targeting a keywords with over 100,000 targeted buyers each month!

Pr is only one factor. It is just as good to get a backlink with your keyword anchor text on a page with relevant content, that has a PR of 0.

one and hold on to it.

PR is a big factor. Because Google bot will visit sites with high PR more often than those sites with PR-0 or nothing at all. So if you got backlinks from PR-0 site, you will have to wait a little longer before you could see any effects on your rankings.

Getting a backlink from a high PR really helps and I have found that it is way more effective than just getting them from anywhere. The more links that you can get on more sites with a high PR the betterr that you are going to be doing for your SEO.
Having a list that works sounds cool. Would love to take a look at your ebook.

| getting high pr one way backlinks is definitely possible, but unless you're a heavy hitter with something people want to link to, you're going to be stuck paying for them. Also, with many of the link exchange programs and what not out there, they're not as good because your backlinks often change, and google places a lot of emphasis on the length of time you've kept your backlinks. Paying for permanent backlinks can save you money in the long run, but you really have no way of ensuring you don't get screwed down the road, which is why I suggest a monthly paid high pr backlink so that way if they don't put up your link, you don't pay.
