I just want to share  The MLM Puzzle ... :)

May be your upline always says that you have a lot to know about MLM. Yes, they are right and you have to know a lot about this topic, but it doesn't means that you know nothing about MLM. MLM is a huge industry and no one can know everything about it. The best part of MLM is that you can earn as much from MLM as much you know more about it. MLM is just like a puzzle and there are different parts of it. The more you know, the more parts you get and you can develop your business using it. Now lets see what are these parts and how to get these,

Knowledge
It is most important in MLM life and you could practice it forever to improve your skills. If you want to know more about this then read this article, Aqcuire knowledge before starting MLM. Take part in workshops, seminars, meetings. Read books, visit websites talk with MLM leaders to enrich your knowledge.

Team management
MLM is a team work and you have to manage your team to ensure a great business. Team management includes helping others, counseling, team meetings and communication. A great team does a great sales and you can achieve the goals very fast with your team.

Motivations
MLM is a duplicating business. Be a leader and make leaders from your team too. Make them to copy you. This is the way why people earn from MLM without doing any works. People love to follow you if you become a great motivator. Before this you must have great skills and positive attitude. This is MLM's great part which everyone cannot achieve it, very few people get this and they become great legends.

The following post on how to increase website traffic was submitted by Adrian W Kingsley-Hughes.

Get more tips on increasing website and blog traffic by subscribing to our RSS Feed.

I started the PC Doctor blog in May of 2005 and for the first few months my traffic was really low - down in the few hundreds of visitors a day. It was pretty depressing I can tell you and there were times when I thought about quitting. I knew that the site was in the Google ’sandbox’ and so I either had to keep on plugging at it until it was out or I had to give up.

Fortunately, I decided to keep on posting but in the interim I decided that I was also going to do my utmost to drive traffic to my site manually until Google kicked in. I took a look around at what some of the successful blogs were doing and came up with three tactics that helped to double my website traffic in a month.

First, I made the most of Technorati tags. I tagged every key word in each of my posts. Initially I did this manually but them I discovered a WordPress plugin called SimpleTags that made the job a whole lot easier.
I found that by tagging my post effectively they were getting a lot more attention then their untagged counterparts, and as an added advantage I was getting focused, quality traffic to the site!

I leveraged my existing website. I’ve been running my business website for a few years and that was getting modest levels of traffic that was relevant to my blog - so why not try to drive some of that to my new blog! I placed a few FeedBurner headline animator blocks on some of my most popular pages and after a day or so I noticed a significant increase in traffic for 5 minutes worth of work on my part.

Finally, I made effective use of trackback links to popular sites. If I commented on a post on another site I would make sure that I set up the appropriate trackback for it. The results from this are varied depending on the site and post that you are linking to but since I liked to comment and interact with the wider blogosphere anyway, it was free traffic!

Using these three simple techniques, I took The PC Doctor blog from a few hundred hits a day into the thousands in less than 30 days. This kept my interest in the site until it came out of the Google sandbox and I started to receiver some serious traffic. However, I’m convinced that these actions I took at the early stages have helped me create a loyal and targeted readership that continues to benefit my blog today.

Is the economy bad? It's really a problem especially if you have a business and that business is just about to bloom. Here are five sure-fire ways to help your business in surviving a bad economy.

1. Back to basics. Try and look into the daily operational expenses of your company and segregate the things that are essential from the things that are for convenience. Most of the time convenience is partnered with price. And when you're talking about a business that price is not cheap. So let go of the bottled water let people drink from the tap. Use recycled toilet paper and don't forget to install waterless urinals.

2. Necessity above all else. Always put your utilities and operational must haves above all else. Electricity, water, phone and mobile phone bills must be on top of all the needs that you have. Since you have already put aside the non-essentials from your budget it will be easier to put into a budget the things that you need to actually think about.

3. Buy your debts more time. It sounds bad but you really have to make good on this one. Once you feel that your cash flow is crunching call the people you owe and ask if it's possible to ask for an extension on your deadline. Swallow your pride a little and suck up a little of your courage to make sure that your message comes across to the people you owe.

4. Embrace the 80/20. Try and remember that 80% of your business is made up of your top 20% customers. It may look unfair but these are the customers you have got to take care of, spend more time with these customers and make sure that you have their business. Customer loyalty especially during an economic downturn tends to sway to the better business so make sure that your business is on top of its game.

5. Let the people know you're there. It may be a bad time to put your money on advertising but it's a god backup plan in case your sales are on the low. Make sure people remember you and your company. Don't let people forget about.

It's important to know how to manage your business during a crisis, the more you invest on crisis management early the less you have to spend on damage control in the latter parts. Financial downturns are not permanent and it can be waited, surviving a bad economy is important above all.

It is more important now to spend money in advertising. There were people who wetre broke before the depression and then during and after they were multi millionaires.

When times get tough people hold back on advertsing you should spend more on advertising the thing that most business fail on though is stupid advertising they dont learn how to advertise. Learn the art buy reading books like Scientific advertising and why people buy.

Keep sharing any idea for online or offline ....which may "click" with other members and help them move forward with their business efforts.

Just be as specific as possible in your explanations so others can more easily understand the "what" and "how".

And no real restrictions or expectations on what you share as long as it is helpful and NOT self promoting something of your own.

It's all about what we can do for others here....

So....share away!

God Bless,
Michael
