Hi,

I'm new here and just heard about this Send Out Cards business yesterday. I've done quite a bit of googling these past two days on this business opportunity but it has still has left me feeling a little bit empty on a few things.
  1. Is it realistic to think I'd make a decent dollar at this without treating it mainly as a pyramid scheme? In other words, am I only going to making decent money by getting others to join under me?
  2. I've seen quite a few scams out there (as you all have) and am leary of jumping into something with a minimum starting fee of $99.95. I have read that I may be wasting my time without buying at least the $259.95 package, which makes me even more nervous.
  3. I'm usually a  believer in "Why should I pay somebody to work for them?" and I've have read that "If you have to pay money up front then it's probably a scam and not a legitimate business anyways." Now, I'm not saying this is necessarily the case here but it does come to my attention.
  4. How much work with SOC would have to be involved to make an income of say $500.00 a week. Is that a realistic number to achieve just by selling the cards?
I would love to hear some of your thoughts on the pros and cons of Send Out Cards.

Would also love to hear if any of you have reached your goal that you may have set back  in the beginning, what your goal was, and the process involved to get there.

Thanks alot,

Todd

HI Todd

Great questions, and you are wise to do your homework and investigate any company before joining.

SOC is an MLM company.  Our product is cards, and we sell the product by allowing people to test drive the system, and send a card to someone.  They then chose if they want to be a retail,  or wholesale customer and/or if they want to make money with it.

I've been here  just past 2 years now and I make  a full time income with this.  It's very realistic...IF you are willing to go to work and learn how to market the product and talk to people.   It takes WORK, and that is the key word.

IF you do NOT sell the product, or show it, you won't make any money...that's it bottom line.  We are product driven.

There are 2 sides to everything, there are companies around that you can join FREE of charge.  IN SOC, the start up in my book is a very reasonable value.  We had a mortgage guy here locally join us, tell us he was  excited cause it was Free to join... we asked him how he figured that as he had chosen to join at the Entrepreneur level ... and he pointed out all the things he got when joining,  Distributor Kit, Free DVD's (as many as you want to send)  Cards, handwriting created, a ticket to TER. He told us he felt he got MORE than his value in the start up costs and could not see how they could give us so much for so little.

TER is a personal development and training seminar.. I've been to 6 of them, so I can give you lots of insight on that...and that seminar if sold ALONE would be worth more than the entire start up costs (that is my own opinion).

This is a BUSINESS not a J.O.B....so there is a BIG difference.  Any business requires an investment in time and money , to learn and grow.

I have been in MLM for over 12 years so I learned the ups and downs and learned the hard way what works and what doesn't....I also learned thru trial and error. I have walked away from more companies that you can count on 2 hands as I refuse to represent dishonesty and I refuse to be any place where I can't help the average every day person, that is willing to work, do well.

I feel very blessed to have found Send Out Cards.  It's a company with vision and a product 2nd to none.

Your numbers are very realistic... there are many folks on my team that do that and better, but again, they work it.    No one can say what you will or won't make,  it all depends on you.   What is your experience level, in sales ... (and YES we are about sales).   What is your background in mlm?   Are you coachable and willing to learn and follow a duplicatable system?  Without knowing you, it's hard for me or anyone to say what you could or could not do.

My goal is to become financially indpendent, and help others do the same.  I'm not a millionaire quite yet, but I'm very comfortable, and I enjoy life.  I am able to give back and help others.   I don't have to wake up to any alarm clock,   I come and go as I please,   I travel when and where I want to.   I guess you could say I've reached lots of my goals, but my final goal is to hit Eagle,  (which is our top position)   Right now we are so new we have NONE there yet... but I'm one position away, as are several others.   I know I will make that, and then My goal will be to help others do the same thing, if they so desire.

There may be scams around but Send Out cards Is NOT one of them.  Our company is one of integrity.  Our vision here is to help others become senders of cards and make the world a better place.

If you'd to send a free card on me, let me know.  I'd be happy to show you our system, and then you can decide yourself, if you think it's something that fits what you're searching for.

Di

SOC is pretty cool I got my investment back in the first week. Since then it slack off, but that's my fault. I haven't follow the program. I haven't did the marketing. You have to get out there and meet people like you would with any business. Is it worth the investment  ? My answer is yes it is. You can do so many things. Look at this website I invested in to do something different with. http://www.thecardartists.com . That site cost me my last If I didn't believe I wouldn't have done it.
