Here are some ways to build a wonderful life:
1. Live Below Your Means - Enjoy life's simple pleasures. Save as much as you can. Expensive things don't create long lasting happiness or security. Careful spending will bring you more leisure and enjoyment.
2. Put Your Money to Work - Saving is great, but to make the most of your money, put it to work. Good investments can be the difference between retiring in your 40's or in your 60's. Wise investments are the surest path to financial independence.
3. Educate Yourself - To be happy, we need continuous growth. The best way to grow is incorporating a life long education. Self education can be anything that takes you out of your comfort zone. The important part is keeping an open mind and searching for fresh ideas and perspectives.
4. Develop Long Lasting Relatonships - The personal relationships we develop with friends and family members are the greatest source of happiness in our lives. Don't forget about them.
5. Work Towards a Goal - If you are not building towards something, you are probably stagnating. We can't control everything in our lives, but working towards a goal gives us something positive to focus on and lays the foundation for furture success. Get out there and do something.

It is important to save but not in cash.
Invest in silver because it will only increase in value because the supply is limited. The value of the dollar is dropping because they keep printing so much of it.
I hold all of my savings in silver gold, and tax liens

Smart Nicolas. I have access to a site where I can purchase tax lien certificates anywhere in the country. I attended a seminar a little over a year ago, but then the real estate business spiraled down-hill.
I currently own six properties and would be willing to buy, but I am still a new real estate investor. My cash flow is kind of tight, so I am currently working on my home business, getting it to a point where it can help fund my other businesses.
I read the Robert Kiyosaki thinks that investing in metals, like silver and gold is smarter than investing in the dollar. The dollar tends to fluctuate too much whereas silver and gold are steadily increasing in price. He invests in gold and silver too.

Hello Diaz02, yes I do post to other forums. Posting to forums is a great way to connect with people.
Posting to forums is one of the first ways in which I learned how to market my business. I started my internet business about a year ago. I didn't know anything; not about blogs, submitting articles, social networking sites, etc. When I joined 997, I started to better understand the different methods of marketing on the internet.
I find that I enjoy posting; it is one of my favorite marketing methods because it is almost like engaging in a chat. I have also learned so much from others in forums. In return, I try to share what I have learned with others.

This raises a couple of important issues. When you have a business, it is always good to have a plan with your business approach. Of course, you need a marketing plan, but you also need some direction for your business.
One way to help you set some direction with your business is to create a list of goals and place deadlines along those goals. The deadlines help prevent your goals from being a wish list. You want a list that will hold you accountable. It does not mean you fail if you don't achieve your list, but it does push you a little, which is a good thing.
